buy airline tickets. check!!

i spent the morning making emery's first doctor's appointments at CHOP and our pediatrician. as i was talking to CHOP, they were asking some basic information. "what's your daughter's name?" they asked.
"her name is emery. emery lin." i replyed and i instantly got choked up. i paused before i answered the next question so as not to sound all teary. it's crazy to me that it's finally happening! and i feel so calm. it's wonderful. simply wonderful.

we spent the afternoon doing this with my mom and one of her dear friends:

and amidst swimming, i got word that we got our airline tickets! it's official. july 23rd-aug 3rd. wow wow wow. this rocks!!
