(i stuffed them so full of cookies to stop the exhaustion tears that foster acctually said "please mommy, no more goodies.")
we are home.
the short 24 hour trip was more than worth it.
we chatted and storied and played
the cousins and second cousins and aunts and great aunts and grannies and great grannies
were a delight. i might attempt it again next month so that we can soak up more of the grannies.
the boys are bathed and in bed.
i'm catching up on my internet browsing and emails
and downloading
some of the sweetest pics ever to follow soon
and then sleep.
i slept in the same room with the boys last night, and when my alarm clock (rowan) went off at 5:30 am, i found out he didn't come equipped with a "snooze" button :(
i'm going to ask God to install one of those in my next child :)
