foster: "mom, can we talk about how we are made?"

me: "good idea. why do you think God gave us hair on our heads?"

foster: "it's to keep the blood in our brains."

me: "why did God make our skin?"

foster: "it's to keep our bones from falling out."

me: "wow, these are really great ideas! what do you think our bones are made out of?"

foster: "i'm not sure. can i use a periscope to look inside my bones and see how they're made???"
